Recipe for One Giant M&M Cookie

What?! Yes, it is true. Make one cookie. Eat it all by yourself or share if you’re nice. But this recipe is epic. So easy, so delicious. Come on…

What you will need:

Cookie sheet lined with parchment paper

For the dough:

1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
Dash of salt
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, almost melted and cooled
3 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
1 tablespoon whisked egg (save the rest to make eggs in the morning or another cookie)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
A handful or 2 of M&M’s

To make this gorgeous cookie:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. In a small bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside. In another bowl, mix together butter, brown sugar, egg and vanilla. Add in the flour mixture and stir until combined. Place dough on parchment lined cookie sheet and shape into 3 1/2 inch disk.

Place M&M’s on the top of the cookie.

Bake for 12-14 minutes, until cookie is golden brown. Place on wire rack and enjoy warm. Yum yum in your tum 😉
